In this exhibition, you move in and out of various future scenarios created by people who live in or hang out in Bydel Gamle Oslo. What if the sea level rises 70 meters? What if Tøyen becomes the capital’s cultural and economic centre? What if the people take power back from the capital forces and develop the city the way they want?
